8U Rule Updates:
- Inter-division play (machine pitch vs. coach pitch) will have a neutral pitcher available (current hardball staff member and a former college baseball player) that will pitch to both sides (if requested by either side in advance), Otherwise, the teams can elect to use their division format, or choose from either machine pitch or coach pitch.
- New pitching machine with remote controlled team-loader will be tested for week 4 MP games to determine future use.
